We will be doing a hour and a half class emphasizing the lower 3 chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus chakras). The class will start with muscle testing your chakras to find out which chakras you need to work on during the class. You will then do an hour of exercise to open up all 7 chakras and get a good workout, so bring your yoga mats! The chakras will then be retested to make sure they are all in balance and if not additional tips will be given. A lecture will then be given about the lower 3 chakras and time for questions and answers as well so you can learn as much about the chakras as you can!
